Job Description

Communicate with customers in professional manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least high school graduate
  • Must have at least 1 year Insurance (General, Property & Casualty and/or Healthcare) experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
  • Can start ASAP
