Instructional Designer Writer For Learning Work From Home

Cast LMS (Buri Technologies, Inc.) is an e-learning development startup that focuses on helping companies transition into e-learning using our content creation service and proprietary learning management system.

Our team is one of the few development houses in the country that have won educational technology awards abroad. We are looking for individuals who seek challenges and aspire to change the Philippine e-learning landscape by helping organizations build their training materials for the future and build software products that can help educators all over the country. We seek a creative and imaginative Instructional Designer who will be responsible for developing engaging and effective course scripts for our e-learning programs. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of instructional design principles to create impactful learning experiences.

We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging and effective multimedia scripts for audio, video, and interactive elements.
• Develop comprehensive curriculum plans and outlines based on the provided learning requirements.
• Create assessments aligned with course objectives to measure learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the creative team in developing innovative e-learning materials.
• Refine course scripts based on feedback from SMEs and stakeholders and ensure content is accurate, clear, and concise.
• Mentorship and training in instructional design will be provided.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, Creative Writing, Humanities, or related field (or equivalent experience in instructional design and/or e-learning development). Experience in teaching / education, learning and development, training personnel is a plus.

Knowledge

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in content creation and reviewing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills to create clear and effective course scripts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing course scripts and e-learning materials is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems is a plus.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
