Information Security Technician SOC L1 -NightShift WFH

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle Email Phish Alerts, Business
• Email Compromise Incidents, SIEM and Endpoint Alerts and
• escalate potential threats.
• Lead incident investigations including evidence
• collection, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
• Develop and execute playbooks for responding to
• security incidents, minimizing response time and business
• disruption.
• Perform threat hunting to proactively identify risks
• and mitigate them before they escalate.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in IT Security Operations, preferably in a multi-client (MSP) environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Office 365 and Azure, Barracuda, Proofpoint and other Business Email Filter platforms.
• Strong experience with tools such as SIEM, EDR, MDR
• Strong understanding of incident response frameworks and digital forensics. Familiarity with network security architecture, including segmentation, VPNs, and secure protocols.
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with scripting or automation for response processes is a plus.
