Your Role

As a Incentive Analyst, you will:

• Create clear reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Translate complex information into simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Organize your daily tasks to make sure the most important work is done first.
• Use internet tools and common computer programs to support team projects.
• Communicate ideas clearly through emails, meetings, and presentations.
• Pay close attention to details to ensure all data and documents are accurate.
• Help the team find creative solutions to everyday business challenges.
  
  



What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work without constant reminders.
