Your Role

The Implementation QA ensures data accuracy, proper system configuration, and the integrity of reporting during new client implementations. This role is key in ensuring that CRM setups align with each client’s business practices and that reporting tools deliver meaningful, reliable insights.

• Review workflow logic based on validation forms, automation, and integrations to confirm proper functionality and data consistency throughout the system.
• Help create and validate reports to confirm accurate field mapping and alignment with key operational KPIs.
• Document and communicate findings related to system issues or data inconsistencies, and track the progress of their resolution.
• Manage reporting setup tasks efficiently, meeting both internal and client timelines.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, detail-oriented team.
