Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Identity and Collaboration Platform Lead to join our BGC-based technology team, providing senior-level technical support and platform ownership for multiple US-based customers. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and improving Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, JumpCloud, and Proofpoint environments.
• The role will serve as a key technical escalation point, leading the resolution of complex identity, endpoint, collaboration, and security issues while driving platform improvements, security initiatives, and technical best practices. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of enterprise or MSP experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to take full ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and associated collaboration technologies.
• Manage endpoints, applications, policies, compliance, and device security through Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments.
• Support identity lifecycle management, access controls, authentication, group policies, and directory synchronisation.
• Manage and support Jump Cloud services across users, devices, and identity workflows.
• Administer Proofpoint email-security services, policies, and related security controls.
• Investigate and resolve complex identity, endpoint, collaboration, and access-related incidents.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical problems, coordinating with internal teams and vendors when required.
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent, documented solutions.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, operating procedures, and technical standards.
• Contribute to platform upgrades, migrations, security improvements, and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in an on-call rota and respond to priority incidents outside normal working hours when required.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant enterprise and/or MSP experience in identity, collaboration, systems administration, infrastructure, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with: o Microsoft Intune o Microsoft 365 o Microsoft Entra ID o Active Directory o Jump Cloud o Proofpoint
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, including authentication, conditional access, role-based access, and user lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to diagnose technically complex issues and work independently through to full resolution.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in operational and project environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly to different audiences.
• Experience working in structured IT service-management and change-control environments.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and remain composed during high-impact incidents.
  
  

Highly Regarded Experience

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in the following areas will be viewed favourably:
• VMware virtualisation technologies
• Windows Server administration
• Enterprise storage platforms
• Linux operating systems
• Hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Automation and scripting, particularly PowerShell
• Security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance
  
  

Certifications:

Current and relevant industry certifications will be considered during the selection process. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, identity and access management, endpoint administration, cybersecurity, VMware, Windows Server, or Linux will be particularly valuable.

• Salary range: PHP 120,000–140,000 per month, based on experience and technical expertise (flexible)
