HRS Technical Consultant

You’ll streamline HR systems, develop custom applications, strengthen network security, and enable data-driven reporting — directly enhancing clients’ operational efficiency.

• HR Process Optimization: Utilize PeopleNavee and Frappe
• Framework to streamline HR processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Enhance data management and reporting capabilities using Excel & VBA Scripting, Jasper Report, and SQL.
• Network Security and Architecture: Ensure robust system security and connectivity through knowledge of SSL, firewalls, port forwarding, VPNs, and network architecture.
• Custom Application Development: Design and implement customized solutions using Front-end Designs (HTML, JavaScript) and Restful APIs.
• System Integration and Support: Facilitate seamless system integration and maintenance using MariaDB, Windows Server, and Linux Operating Systems with PeopleConnect for enhanced collaboration.
  
  

• Must hold a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Knowledge on Microsoft Server Operating System, Crystal Report & MS SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Hardware & software networking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct user training
