Job Description
- Supervise daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR processes.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and implement necessary updates to company policies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to support organizational needs and goals.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management as required.
A Successful HR Supervisor Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
