Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people initiatives
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Drive talent development initiatives including training, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Manage HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities
