Job Description
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, retention, compensation, career development, and performance management.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, disciplinary matters, complaints, and labor law issues across the USA and broader AMS region.
- Coach and advise managers on people-related challenges and HR best practices.
- Support the implementation of global HR strategies while ensuring local compliance requirements are met.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to align business and HR objectives.
- Facilitate training sessions and contribute to organizational development initiatives.
A Successful HR Business Partner Should Have
- Strong hands-on HR Business Partnering experience supporting the USA market.
- Solid knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws and employee relations practices.
- Experience handling employee complaints, disciplinary processes, investigations, and performance management cases.
- The ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to independently manage complex HR issues.
- Strong English communication skills; Spanish language capability is advantageous.
- Significant ownership and autonomy in managing HR cases and driving business outcomes.
