We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of HR Benefits Administration Executive (AVP) .

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve payroll and benefit functions to support organization goals.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Conducts review and consolidates benefits and Payroll instructions for processing.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and administer employee benefit program (health, insurance, etc.)
  • Ensure Payroll and benefits practices align with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Manages Government Remittance process including monitoring of timely payments of contributions to Local agencies.
  • Ensure that HR transactions are submitted on time by the different departments and reports noncompliance of any HR policy or procedure
  • Streamline benefit administration process using automation tool.
  • Ensure data integrity at all times in maintaining the HR database systems and confidentiality of information
  • Timely and accurate submission of MI reports related to benefits processing such as but not limited to availment volumes and costs
  • Coordinate and work closely with other functional area to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide data-driven insights on employee cost and benefits utilization trends.
  • Participate in Policy formulation and strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth.
  • Oversee HR service delivery teams handling stakeholder queries and data management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have extensive experience in a broad range of HR functions and systems, preferably gained from a multinational fast paced environment
  • With experience in Supervisory and or Managerial experience.
  • Has good exposure/background in various HR initiatives and projects
  • Wide knowledge of general HR administration policies and procedures
  • Experience in Payroll, benefits design, administration, compliance and vendor management.
  • Proficiency and fluency in both oral and written English as well as to diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Confidence in dealing with problems presented by all senior management levels
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately against tight deadlines with high level attention to detail
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment ensuring a professional manner at all times

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
