Job Description

Manage daily office operations and provide support for HR department at Phoenix Publishing House, Inc.
Oversee communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide learning and development proposals to different departments.
Conduct training needs analysis.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
A graduate of Bachelors/College degree in Human Resources or any related course.
Proven experience in HR such as Learning & Development or performance management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, set targets, and make decisions.
