Location: 164 D. Tuazon St., Sta. Mesa Heights, Quezon City

Salary: 19,000 20,000

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Join our growing team! We're looking for an HR/Admin Staff with 13 years of experience and knowledge in HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees

Maintain employee records and HR documents

Handle timekeeping, attendance, and leave monitoring

Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents

Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns and company policies

Manage office supplies and provide general administrative support

Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

13 years of relevant experience

Knowledgeable in HR and administrative tasks

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
