Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention programs to build a strong workforce.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations through effective compliance management.
- Supervise administrative functions, including facilities management and office operations.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
A Successful HRAD Manager Should Have
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with teams effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative management and office operations.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
