Job Description

Review and analyze healthcare documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain missing information and clarify documentation.
Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Assist in training new staff on documentation practices and standards.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
Experience Level: At least one year direct adult patient care is required
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of healthcare principles, including Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Medical Technology
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Working Conditions: Onsite
