  • Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Protect confidential customer information and comply with company policies and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

  • college graduate; college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, if required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
