Job Summary

The Head of Operations will oversee daily store operations across the entire retail network, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and superior customer experience. This leader will steer operational strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement across all supermarket branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of all retail branches nationwide.
• Ensure store profitability through operational efficiency, effective manpower deployment, and strong merchandising standards.
• Implement best-in-class customer service practices across all stores.
• Drive sales growth through strategic store initiatives and operations enhancement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs relating to store performance, wastage, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee branch audits, compliance, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR to meet operational requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team at the regional and branch levels.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or related course.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in supermarket/retail operations.
• Strong background in multi-store operations with P&L oversight.
• Excellent leadership, customer service orientation, and communication skills.
