Job Description

Take on a leadership role by formulating and executing strategic plans in line with company objectives
Set and ensure the reach of relevant team KPIs to help maintain excellent performance
Address client inquiries and concerns related to permit processing
Update and maintain trackers for accurate record-keeping
Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency
Cultivate relationships with various mall point persons for strategic expansion
Collaborate with key contacts for mall hook-ups, including IT and mall teams
Process incoming mall hook-ups and accreditations efficiently
Support clients in their usage of the POS system within mall premises, addressing concerns as needed
Ensure compliance with mall regulations and requirements
Foster effective communication between UTAK POS and mall stakeholders
Contribute to the growth of UTAKs accreditation in multiple malls
Work in a hybrid setup (50% remote, 50% on-site) to facilitate both virtual and in-person

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in business, communication, compliance, external relations, or a related field
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving concerns
Comfortable handling calls and corresponding through text, email, and chats
Previous experience in customer service, compliance, or a related role is preferred
Proficient in maintaining accurate records and trackers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions simultaneously
