Head of IT (VP/AVP Level)

Location: Quezon City (On-site)

Work Schedule: Morning Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Summary

The Head of IT will be responsible for setting the organizations overall IT strategy while overseeing day-to-day IT operations. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on technical management across the three major IT pillars: IT Operations, Systems Development, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the companys IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system availability, network reliability, and cybersecurity.
• Lead systems development and implementation initiatives to support business growth.
• Manage all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and security systems.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize enterprise technologies and digital transformation projects.
• Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and technology procurement.
• Establish and maintain IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT leadership experience with exposure to operations, systems development, and infrastructure.
• Experience as IT Head/Director/VP is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
