Job Summary
The position is responsible for providing leadership and direction in managing the actual sales operations, overseeing and executing the BCFG NKA business strategies by planning, leading, organizing and monitoring the performance of a Group of Key Accounts (Customers) to achieve the goals set by URC.
It shall lead in the primary objective of maximizing sales and growth of the business partnerships of both URC and the assigned group of Customers, by executing the URC Cycle Plans (coverage, availability, merchandising and activation) while controlling sales trade spend of the Group; l ead in implementing developmental and demand-generating programs; and participate in the entire integrated commercial planning process of URC.
Further, the position provides diagnosis of the business situation, strategic and tactical planning, sales analysis, program design, program implementation, evaluation, attainment of sales targets and required corrective measures. Working closely with URC internal partners, aligning the business direction of the Group of Customers with counterparts, and then maximizing profitable sales volume.
