General Description

We’re seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for brand storytelling and product label design to join our growing Marketing Team. This mid-level role requires a designer who can translate strategy into visually cohesive brand experiences across packaging, labels, and marketing assets.

You’ll take ownership of bringing our brand vision to life through thoughtful design systems, compliant and market-ready product labels, and consistent creative execution across digital and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets precision.

This position reports to the Marketing Director and works collaboratively with the Creative, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

Role & Responsibilities

Brand & Label Design

• Lead design and production for product labels and packaging, ensuring alignment with brand standards, compliance requirements, and market appeal.
• Collaborate with the Copy, Product Development, and Compliance teams to finalize label copy, ingredient lists, and layout hierarchy.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity system, ensuring cohesion across collections and product lines.
• Manage print-ready file preparation, vendor communication, and proofing for accuracy and quality.
  
  

Creative Development

• Concept, design, and execute marketing materials including campaign visuals, social media graphics, digital ads, email assets, and promotional materials.
• Translate marketing briefs into high-impact creative deliverables that enhance product visibility and brand recognition.
• Contribute to brand evolution through innovative visual ideas and design refinements.
• Support photoshoots, packaging mockups, and product renderings as needed.
  
  

Collaboration & Process

• Work cross-functionally to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.
• Stay current on design trends, packaging innovations, and competitor aesthetics within the wellness and natural products industry.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within CPG, beauty, wellness, or natural products industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating label, packaging, and brand identity work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); working knowledge of digital platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.) preferred.
• Understanding of label compliance, print production, and color management.
• Strong typographic, layout, and composition skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — comfortable taking feedback and iterating designs quickly.
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical and regulatory requirements.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Passion for natural products, branding, and design-led storytelling.

Work Schedule: M to F 10pm - 7am PH
