Game Console Encoder

The Encoder is responsible for real-time data entry and result tracking using gaming console

encoder systems. This includes inputting frame data, validating outcomes, and identifying

winners during live gameplay sessions. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of studio

game data and supports the technical and quality assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate console encoder systems during live sessions
• Input game frame data and round results in real-time
• Monitor ongoing matches for accuracy and result integrity
• Record outcomes and determine winners based on system feedback
• Escalate any game irregularities or result conflicts
• Work closely with Technicians to resolve encoding or system errors
• Document each game session with accurate data logs
• Maintain strict focus and discipline throughout shifts
• Follow SOPs and ensure compliance with internal data protocols
  
  

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Previous experience in data entry, encoding, or studio operations preferred
• Basic familiarity with gaming environments or console systems is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work on shifting schedules and maintain accuracy under pressure
