As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and providing guidance on compliance strategies. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality work, leveraging team members' unique strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members. Responsibilities

• Leading fraud investigation workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of compliance initiatives
• Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to enhance risk management strategies
• Developing and implementing compliance frameworks to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
• Conducting compliance audits and reviews to validate adherence to regulatory requirements
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide guidance on compliance strategies
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in risk and compliance
• Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• End to end experience in investigating Card Fraud, Wire Fraud, Online Account Fraud, and Check Fraud.
• Hands-on exposure to Identity Theft, Account Takeover (ATO), Profile Takeover, Account Abuse, and Scam investigations.
• Experience using fraud tools and working in high-volume fraud investigation environments.
  
  

• Comfortable with a full onsite setup and has flexibility to support rotational schedules, including weekends and holidays work
• Demonstrating proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
• Utilizing knowledge of Governance Risk Compliance (GRC)
• Implementing Compliance Program strategies effectively
• Excelling in Regulatory Compliance Program Maintenance
• Applying ISO/IEC 27001 Standards in compliance frameworks
• Conducting comprehensive Risk Analysis and Monitoring
• Leading Compliance Auditing and Reporting initiatives
