Job Description
- Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning; develop financial models and consolidate plans across departments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), monitor variances, and build dashboards and KPIs for visibility.
- Partner with leadership on investments and expansion, conduct ROI and sensitivity analyses, and strengthen internal controls and compliance.
- Foster collaboration, mentor team members, and promote values-driven leadership to enhance financial literacy and business acumen.
The Ideal Candidate Has
- At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- CPA license is not required but preferred
- Experience in service, retail, F&B, or multi-location operations is preferred
Permanent role based in Quezon City with opportunities for leadership and career growth.
