Responsibilities
Receive trip details from planner
Relay needed trip changes to Planners when advised by customer
Monitoring digihaul transactions (from pick up to delivery) or the equivalent system
Creating regional distributor (RD) capacity and delivery requirements
Sending of initial and final plan to source plant/distribution center
Directly coordinate with trucking owners/coordinators for fleet allocation
Data Collection and provision of Daily/Weekly reports such as Truck Status Report, DDM, and Dwell time Report
Tagging of lock in trip in TMS
Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor - related to functions
Responsible for monitoring of fleet utilization and resource assessment
Plan and control deliveries in a continuous process
Performs monitoring of all shipments and trip executions
Ensure that all trucks arrived on-site has corresponding trips
Responsible for compliance to daily load out plan and provide RCA reports regarding the misses
Ensure that all packed shipments has corresponding assigned trucks
Monitoring of trucks dwell time at source plant
Monitoring of trucks arrival at source via GPS (TM Suite), Digihual (CMS), Call and text.
Monitor CICO of all trucks at source
Checking of on site trucks and update in running and DMS file
Checking of loaded status in S4hana if already invoiced
Receives call from internal and external customers.
Responsible for exception code management on trip level, both in identification and uploading
.Execute approved business continuity plans in case of any disaster situation, system issues, or as needed
Execute transport cost-savings initiatives
Maintain and promote good relationship between internal and external parties
.Responsible for logging of all delivery issues and concerns through CSS system.
Communicates with drivers, customers, and consignees regarding concerns and questions (e.g. trip details, claims, loading exceptions, vehicle rejection, etc.)
Receives calls and handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.
Expedite concern resolutions (returns, damages, etc.) from customers
Directly coordinate with trucking owners/coordinators for tracking of deliveries
Ensure that all operation targets are met and delivery orders are actioned on, within the agreed lead-time based in the SLA - if there are deviations, he/she should be able to come up with an acceptable shipment schedule date agreed with the customer
Responsible for the Entry of Trip Data into the Digihaul System.
Monitor and Track Shipments within the Digihaul System.
Conduct Health Checks for data accuracy
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
At least 1–3 years' experience in transport planning, dispatching, trucking coordination, or related logistics functions.
Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, or 3PL operations is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of transport operations, routing, and logistics processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, TMS/WMS systems, or fleet management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, especially under time pressure.
Attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
Ability to multitask and manage dynamic schedules.
