Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Finance Analyst .

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis to support key business decisions. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Strategic Financial Planning

• Lead the development and execution of the companys financial planning processes, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
  
  

Budgeting And Forecasting

• Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide insightful analysis of variances.
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
  
  

Financial Analysis

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  
  

Performance Reporting

• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.
• Monitor and communicate financial performance against budget and forecasts.
  
  

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.
• Support business units in understanding financial implications of their activities.
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance data integrity.
  
  

What are the Qualifications?

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company preferred
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
