Your Role And Responsibilities

• Process invoices: PO and Non-PO invoice validation, tax coding, bar coding, scanning, encoding and filing. This includes loading of scanned invoices tracker to box, a web based storage.
• Monitor invoices for rescan using Content Manager tool.
• Perform Official Receipt vouching: encoding and scanning of Official Receipts. This includes pulling out of paid invoices and filing of the same.
• Perform RTV (Return-To-Vendor) process.
  
  

• Amenable to work onsite (4-5 days per week)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Preferably Finance-related course
