Job Description

Reporting directly to Asia Finance Shared Service, Team Leader, the Financial Senior Analyst is primarily accountable for general accounting and reporting through timely and accurate service delivery.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintains routine, straight forward reports already in production
  • Works on structured assignments based on existing practices and within guidelines
  • Assists with managerial financial analysis and reporting
  • Provides a variety of financial data
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or another related field required
  • 0 - 2 years of related experience
  • Knowledge and exposure to fundamental financial and accounting theories, principles, and concepts
  • Gaining knowledge and understanding of the department and the broader organization
  • Learning processes within immediate team/group
  • Learn reporting and analysis tools
  • Entry-level position for an individual with college-level general finance/accounting training and some experience.
  • Major expectations are learning financial analysis in the area if focus; gaining understanding of business area; and assisting with straight forward analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Works primarily under direct supervision
  • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
