As part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in managing expenses, performing accounting functions, and analyzing financial outcomes that guide strategic decision‑making. You will collaborate with peers and leaders to drive process improvements while developing deeper expertise in accounting, reporting, and data management. Position Responsibilities
- Perform expense management activities including accounting, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, analysis, and customer support
- Create standard and non‑standard journal entries
- Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and prepare financial statement components, state filings, and footnotes
- Analyze financial results, identify abnormalities, and provide commentary
- Recommend process improvements, share best practices, and support team projects and analyses
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of accounting rules, regulatory requirements, and/or financial business processes
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience drafting managerial reporting narratives
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present financial data
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Emerging to solid proficiency in the accounting discipline.
