We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support month-end close activities, ensure data accuracy, and deliver timely financial and regulatory reports. This role is essential in providing insights that drive decision-making and help Finance and FP&A teams tell the story behind the numbers. You will collaborate across teams, support audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the month-end close process and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial, regulatory, and legal entity reporting deliverables.
- Support audit requirements and compliance with SOX and global accounting standards.
- Analyze movements (month-end, quarter-over-quarter) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance timeliness and quality of reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounting and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/reporting systems.
- Good understanding of IFRS and regulatory compliance standards.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus.
- Experience in shared services or multinational organizations.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate and Alteryx is a plus.
- Familiarity with audit processes and external auditor coordination.
