Finance Systems Administrator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer for finance systems mainly in SAP Concur and other systems such as Oracle Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, and Blackline
• Work with systems providers and handles regular software updates, enhancements and modifications/configurations
• Liaising and supporting our different internal teams including Finance, IT, HR and other teams to provide support and guidance to the users in relation to our finance systems
• Manage systems implementation, project management, system integration and assist on other projects assigned by the Finance Systems Manager, Finance Controller and or the CFO/Finance Director
• Provides guidance to the users within the organization for all finance systems related concerns. Act as the primary contact for users within the organization.
• Discuss release notes with the users on a regular basis
• Stakeholder management
  
  

• With strong experience being a SAP Concur administrator
• Passionate and updated on the latest technologies related to Finance especially in SAP Concur
• With great communication skills in both written and verbal. As this role would require interaction with different stakeholders within the organization
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets with intermediate Excel skills
• Amenable to work on a hybrid work setup mainly in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City
