About Our Client

The company is one of the fastest-growing retail companies in the Philippines. Office is based fully onsite in Eastwood.

Job Description

Develop and maintain financial models, prepare reports and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
Review business unit performance, track KPIs, analyze variances, and produce monthly dashboards and executive summaries.
Partner with various departments to align financial goals with organizational strategy, support decision-making with timely insights, and enhance financial literacy across teams.
Manage finance staff performance, contribute to ad hoc projects, and require a bachelors degree in accountancy (or related field), 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in financial tools.

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business partnering, and other similar roles
Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools such as Excel are required
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
