Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Associate Manager – Finance Business Partnering with strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The role supports business decision-making through financial insights, performance analysis, and management reporting.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with solid experience in financial planning and analysis.

Experience in purchase requisition processes is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Analyze financial performance and provide insights
Monitor budgets and expenses
Support business and management decisions
Prepare management and variance reports
Coordinate with stakeholders on finance matters
Ensure compliance with financial policies

Qualifications

CPA required
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Purchase requisition experience is an advantage
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems preferred
