Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is willing to do fieldwork and client visits within NCR. The role involves promoting and selling construction materials, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field sales activities and client visits across NCR
  • Identify and develop new customers (contractors, hardware stores, project sites)
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Present and promote construction supply products
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and client updates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics for order fulfillment

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least College level or graduate (any business-related course is an advantage)
  • With experience in construction supply / hardware / building materials sales preferred
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork sales (ikot NCR)
  • Familiar with QC and NCR areas
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
