We are looking for an Experience Solutions Consultant (Workday Configurator) within the Global HR Employee Experience Team at MBPS. In this role , you are expected to look for ways to innovate and improve the Employee Experience, promoting and advocating for our technology. You are a domain expert that is plugged in to what’s happening in Workday and other HR technology through peer networks, vendor resources like Workday Community and other available resources.

Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a Tier 2 Workday specialist, handling complex configuration, testing, and enhancements—particularly in Time & Absence—beyond frontline support.
- Translate Tier 1 issues and business requirements into scalable Workday solutions while maintaining SOPs, governance standards, and documentation.
- Lead impact assessments, regression/UAT cycles, and release preparation to ensure stable, compliant, and high‑quality global system operations.
- Partner cross‑functionally with HR, Operations, Analytics, and IT across regions to manage projects, validate integrations, and deliver actionable reports/dashboards.
- Act as an escalation point for nuanced system inquiries and provide post‑implementation support that bridges daily operational needs with long‑term system strategy.
Position Qualifications
- Strong Workday configuration expertise across Core HCM and key modules (Time & Absence, Time Off, Compensation), including business processes, security, calculated fields, condition rules, tenants, and reporting.
- Proven testing discipline: able to plan and execute unit, regression, and UAT cycles; manage defects; and validate impacts to downstream integrations.
- Solid change management and governance skills, including maintaining SOPs, managing release cycles, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring audit readiness.
- Advanced reporting capabilities in Workday and Power BI, with a focus on data quality, metric definitions, and actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of Workday security (roles, domains, BP security), data privacy, and access control best practices.
- Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Salesforce (case management), and productivity tools for documentation, tracking, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excels in requirements gathering, expectation management, and translating technical details into clear, business‑friendly language across HR, Ops, Analytics, and IT.
- Works effectively across regions/time zones and partners cross‑functionally, with sensitivity to local policies and strong facilitation skills.
- Manages multiple initiatives in parallel, meets tight deadlines, and makes sound risk‑based decisions or escalations.
- Applies structured root‑cause analysis, drives sustainable fixes, and demonstrates high accountability, follow‑through, and stakeholder service orientation.
- Stays current on Workday releases, best practices, and vendor resources; proactively enhances knowledge and team capability.
