Position Profile
The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of administrative support to the assigned TechGen Executive/Employee
The role is responsible for coordinating activities for the clients to enable the success of business operations.
This individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client’s calendar
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and handling logistics
Format information for internal and external communications (emails, presentations, reports)
Upload data in tender portals and assist in preparing tender responses (Microsoft Dynamics)
Create and send mailouts and maintain mailing lists
Set up webinars
Assist in organizing events and coordinate with marketing suppliers and consultants
