Role Focus

Support the Founder operationally and help drive light-to-mid-level marketing execution — while developing into a broader Operations role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Operations Support

  • Manage founder calendar, inbox, follow-ups, and action tracking
  • Coordinate with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal staff
  • Track production timelines, quotes, payments, and deliveries
  • Build and maintain simple SOPs, project checklists, and weekly reports
  • Help implement CRM/workflow tools (Zoho / HubSpot / similar)

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist with email marketing (newsletters, automations, scheduling)
  • Support campaign planning, basic copy coordination, and content organization
  • Coordinate social / brand assets with creatives or freelancers
  • Track basic metrics (opens, clicks, campaign performance)
  • Help manage product launches, announcements, and collaborations

Systems & Organization

  • Keep information structured and easy to find
  • Flag risks, delays, or gaps before they become issues
  • Suggest efficiency improvements across operations and marketing workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience as high level EA, Operations Coordinator, Founder’s Assistant, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (email marketing highly preferred)
  • Background in startups, creative businesses, agencies, or e-commerce
  • Extremely organized, proactive, and detail-driven
  • Exceptional English — clear, concise, confident communicator
  • Comfortable learning tools (CRMs, project management, email platforms)
  • Able to work independently and anticipate next steps
  • Long-term mindset — wants to grow with the brand

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
  • Exposure to logistics or inventory workflows
  • Light analytical/reporting experience
  • Familiarity with invoice or expense tracking

Work Schedule: M to F 9am to 6pm PH

Work Location: Hybrid (2x per week onsite) / WFH is open for exceptional candidates
