Job Summary: To provide clerical and administrative assistance and support to the Marketing Communications (MARCOM) with the departments execution of the below:

DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communications Planning and Execution
• Client Management and Internal Relationships
• Strategic Thinking and Leadership
• Communication Expert
• Courses: Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications, or related fields
• Prior internship/work experience in Marketing, Marketing Planning, Corporate/Strategic Planning, Communication Strategies, Advertising/Marketing Campaigns, Integrated Marketing Communications, Landscape and Environmental Scanning (an advantage)
• Prior internship/work experience in traditional and non-traditional advertising including Digital and PR, Research (a plus)
• Skills: Business Development, Project Management, Client Management, Planning, Communication, Creative Thinking, Critical Analysis, Leadership
• Organized, detail-oriented, goal-oriented
• Advanced computer skills (Google Documents, G-Sheets, G-Slides, and G-Drive; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote; and Visual Design skills)
