Estimator CA Based Client

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for a two to four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following Canadian Time Zone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Salary Package: Up to 50,000 PHP/Monthly

About The Client

A general contracting and construction services company based in Canada who focuses on commercial and industrial construction and provides a range of project services.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates based on project plans, specifications, and drawings. This includes material, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals for projects, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance with client requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs, assumptions, and justifications for estimates provided.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and job site visits as required.
• Complete take-offs for bid preparation utilizing estimating software.
  
  

• Bachelors Degree of any related field. Preferably in Engineering.
• 2+ years construction estimating, engineering or similar experience preferred.
• General knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing required.
• Detail-oriented, organized and ability to multi-task in a high-volume, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent problem solving, time management and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• The role requires the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
