About the job ESG Coordinator

  • Coordinate ESG data collection, track submissions, and follow up with departments
  • Maintain ESG trackers, calendars, and documentation of policies, certifications, photos, data sheets.
  • Assist in organizing ESG trainings, workshops, and alignment meetings, including logistics and materials.
  • Support preparation of presentations, handouts, and basic design tasks.
  • Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Track progress of ESG initiatives against timelines and KPIs.
  • Assist with CSR programs as needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned ESG tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related interdisciplinary fields.
  • 0–2 years in ESG, sustainability programs, project coordination, or events. Exposure to data collection, reporting support, or cross-department coordination is an advantage.
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and willing to learn ESG basics, Good communicator, Team player, Fast learner, able and willing to learn ESG.
  • Project coordination and administrative tools
  • Basic MS Office / Google Workspace, Basic data entry & documentation via Excel and Google Sheet.
  • Presentation preparation, Event coordination, and documentation.
