Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Project-based Industrial Engineer.

What are the Qualifications?

• Must be a college graduate of a 4-year industrial engineering course
• Has at least 1 year experience in planning and documentation
• With Time & Motion Study experience.
• Must have the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal clients, peers, senior managers and external suppliers.
• Must have strong leadership qualities and able to manage, coordinate and facilitate the team to ensure efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Must possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must be proactive, honest, and trustworthy.
• Must be hardworking, patient and organized.
• Must be computer literate with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Willing to be assigned in Pampanga and/or Tarlac Plants.
• 1 Project-based employment (1 year) contract available.
