Were searching for an Engineer 1 - Technical Service to join our dynamic team and deliver unparalleled technical support and services for our advanced thermostats and energy management solutions to valued clients. This is primarily an over-the-phone role, where youll become the ultimate remote resource for our innovative products, transforming client challenges into seamless solutions without ever leaving your desk.

What Youll Do (And Why Youll Love It)

  • Be the Remote Solution Architect: Go beyond basic troubleshooting to diagnose and conquer intricate technical issues across our diverse product range, primarily via phone and digital tools. Think on your feet, dig deep, and emerge with answers from a distance!
  • Empower Our Clients: Be the expert guiding clients through installations, configurations, and maintenance for their thermostats and energy management systems. Your remote guidance will keep their systems running flawlessly, making you their trusted voice on the line.
  • Ignite Understanding: Transform complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights through engaging phone consultations, virtual training sessions, and intuitive documentation. Youll be the bridge between our cutting-edge tech and our users, wherever they are.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate powerfully with Sales, Engineering, and Product Development. Your insights gleaned from countless remote interactions will directly shape the future of our products.
  • Master Your Craft: Continuously expand your knowledge, stay ahead of industry trends, and feed crucial feedback back to leadership, driving a cycle of endless improvement in a remote-first support environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • With at least 6 months of technical support/customer service experience
  • Engineering graduate, preferably Electrical or Mechanical

Work Conditions

  • This role will have a fixed night shift schedule
  • Chosen candidate will follow US holidays
  • We have a hybrid work arrangement and we work on-site for thrice a week
