Job Description
We are currently looking for Editorial Project Managers on contract with subject-matter expertise across the biomedical sciences.
Job Responsibilities
1. Screen submissions (~250-280/month) against a prescribed set of checks including but not limited to:
2. Coordinate with authors as needed (revision requests, article corrections/withdrawals).
3. Support day-to-day operational activities independently within the expected TAT (ensuring correct file uploads, author responses address reviewer comments, etc.) and coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
4. Document and report quality issues found during the review process.
