Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Manage paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads is a plus).
• Design promotional materials and coordinate marketing campaigns for customized merchandise and printing services.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements.
• Engage with online inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to grow the business.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and paid advertising.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
• Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in the printing, advertising, or customized merchandise industry is an advantage.
