Your Role
As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Lead, you will:
Plan and develop content strategies for multiple brands (United Petroleum, Pie Face, Quickstop, etc.) across digital and social media platforms.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content for brand, product, and community-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with tone, brand identity, and strategy.
Coordinate with creative teams, influencers, and stakeholders for content execution and approvals.
Build and grow owned social channels by increasing engagement rates and community size.
Manage customer interactions, including complaints and queries, across platforms within set timelines.
Execute local and national marketing campaigns, including store openings and Meta ads management.
Analyze competitors and digital trends to guide strategic content planning and channel development.
Report on content performance and community management weekly and monthly, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, retail, insights, supply, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
Monitor online brand conversations and extract customer insights to support broader marketing and merchandising initiatives.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong content creation and editing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills/expertise
Background in retail, QSR, e-commerce, food, or coffee industries
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for video editing
Strong stakeholder and community management experience
Proven ability to manage reporting schedules and analyze marketing data
Strategic and creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
