Your Role

• Understanding what has been briefed in and the best way to communicate that on digital channels
• Work on digital graphic design for websites, eDMs, Social Media, digital ads and any other digital mediums
• Applying the brand to different mediums, with the aid of style guides and brand assets
• Working collaboratively with other designers and marketing team
• Help assist in applying design concepts to different marketing material
• Assist with the consistency and maintenance of the loyalty program marketing material
• Provide occasional support for print and in-store marketing materials, including catalogues, point- of-sale items, local area marketing collateral, press ads, and internal presentations as required
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Successful completion of Year 12 – Secondary School
• Certificate/Diploma or above qualification in Graphic Design
• Proven experience in graphic design for digital channels
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• 3-5 years experience in a busy design studio or in-house environment
• Motion graphics experience a bonus
• High proficiency using Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
• Creative problem solving while adhering to a Brand and its Style Guide
• A great understanding of the different digital formats, the preparation file requirements and able to solve potential issues
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnover of high-volume work
• Be comfortable with receiving constructive feedback
• Photo manipulation and contouring experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
