The Digital Content Analyst will be a key member for our global digital content management team, responsible in supporting digital marketing initiatives by creating, managing, and publishing content across multiple platforms. This role requires proficiency in content management systems and graphic design skills when needed to ensure a visually compelling and consistent digital presence that adheres to the company’s standard. Reporting to the Creative Lead and Digital Product Manager, the Digital Content Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies, maintain content accuracy, leverage tools for web governance and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for digital media, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the digital content management team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and publish digital content, including text, images, and multimedia, using various content management systems (CMS).
- Perform routine content updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain an organized content library and ensure digital assets are properly archived and accessible.
- Assist in establishing and promoting web content publishing guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Provide evaluations on associate’s performance to be supplied to leaders for one-on-one.
- Conduct quality checking for associate’s output.
- Assist in facilitating trainings as part of the onboarding process.
- Provide overall expertise on content management projects.
- Collaborate with developers on a variety of task related to design such as providing ideas, support and expertise when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years in a digital content role, especially within a marketing, media, or creative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Drupal.
- Intermediate graphic design skills, preferably with working knowledge of Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity in HTML and CSS a plus. Comfortable with learning new software programs as needed.
- Intermediate knowledge or experience using project management tools like Adobe WorkFront, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Suite.
