ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Workforce Services Associate WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: We are seeking a highly analytical Workforce Reporting Analyst to support workforce and operational decision-making through reporting, analytics, and automation. The role will be responsible for delivering accurate workforce insights, maintaining reporting governance, and driving continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain workforce performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.

Analyze trends related to productivity, SLA, volume, utilization, attendance, and operational performance.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting governance.

Build automated reporting solutions and visualization tools.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Support business reviews, governance meetings, and client reporting requirements. OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 6 months to 2 years RTA experience; other WFM experience is a plus but not required.

Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

No specific tool requirement; good to have if with experience in WFM Tools (ex. eWFM, IEX, CMS Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect)
