Job Description

ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: French Collections Support Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: Validate and process invoices in French language and prepare reports for French client. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Articulates how own, team's or project's work adds value to the organization (client and/or Accenture).

Suggests innovative and more effective ways to accomplish own tasks or overcome obstacles

Goes beyond immediate requests and activities to ensure both own and related tasks are completed. Collections Role

Responsibility for activities assigned by the Collections Manager

Process A/R billings, adjustments, and write offs

Understand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory role if and when needed

Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed

Track and reconcile daily/monthly AR balance

Ensure the completeness and accuracy of invoices in the AR system (manually encoded or through interface)

Investigating into situations where invoices and customer information requirements may contradict.

Generate repayments for erroneous customer payments or overpayments OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

French Language only; no domain

No Team Lead experience, otherwise, level should be higher

Language Resources - No Domain Skills. Minimum Career Level is CL11.

Minimum Language Proficiency: Familiar, open to higher proficiency when available

Work Background/Experience in General: Must be open to BPO & Non-BPO Experience
