Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Propose continuous improvements in communications coaching and new hire training processes

Mentor other employees to provide communication coaching support

Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations

Provide communication coaching and training support to other businesses OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Off Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Cyberpark Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years of F&A experience, i.e., PTP or RTR or OTC

Individual Contributor

Preferred (but not required) / Advantage:

Experience in writing DTPs

MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)

Training experience
